PRIVACY POLICY
MrOverUnder LLC (the "Company") owns and operates mroverunder.com. This policy explains, in plain English, what information the site may collect, how that information is used, and when third-party services are involved. It applies to this website only, and not to other companies, websites or services we link to.
Information we collect
Account information. If you create an account, we process information such as your email address, account and authentication identifiers, and the information needed to maintain your account and keep you signed in. If you sign in with Google, we do not receive your Google password.
Survivor information. If you take part in a Survivor contest, we store the information needed to run the contest, including your contest entries, weekly picks, entry/display name, team-use history, entry and contest status, reminder preferences, and other information necessary to administer the contest fairly.
Correspondence. If you contact us, we may retain the message and the email address used, as reasonably necessary to respond to you or to keep a record of the communication.
Information we do not currently request
MrOverUnder does not currently ask users to provide a driver's license number, Social Security number, passport number or photograph as part of normal website registration or Survivor participation.
How we use information
We may use the information described above to create and maintain accounts, authenticate users, operate Survivor contests, record entries and picks, maintain contest integrity, remember account and session state, store reminder preferences, respond to communications, maintain and secure the website, and comply with applicable obligations where required.
Reminder preferences are stored so we can honour them, but reminder emails are not currently being sent. We do not currently send marketing email from this website.
Service providers and third parties
We use third-party service providers to run this website, and those providers may process information as needed to provide their services to us. These include categories such as website, database and backend infrastructure, and authentication services. If you choose to sign in with Google, Google is also involved in that process.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information with service providers as described above, and where required to meet applicable obligations.
Google sign-in
You may choose to sign in using Google. When you do, Google processes your information under its own policies, which we do not control, and we receive the information needed to authenticate you and create or access your MrOverUnder account. We do not receive your Google password.
Cookies and browser storage
Account and session information may be kept using browser storage technologies, including cookies and/or local storage. These are used to keep you signed in, remember necessary site state, and support security and basic functionality.
This website does not currently load an analytics platform, advertising pixels or third-party advertising trackers. If that changes, we will update this policy.
Affiliate and outbound links
The site contains links to third-party services, including sportsbook referral/affiliate links, which are delivered through a redirect provider (Linkly). When you follow an external or affiliate link, the redirect provider and the destination site may process information according to their own privacy practices. We do not control those practices.
Other external services
We also link out to services such as Discord, LaunchPass, X, TikTok and sportsbook websites. Once you leave MrOverUnder for a third-party website or service, that third party's own privacy policy and practices apply to your use of it.
Data security
MrOverUnder uses reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information associated with the website. No website or online service can eliminate all risk.
Data retention
We may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including account administration, contest operation, recordkeeping, security and applicable obligations.

MrOverUnder is intended for adults 21+ where legal, and is not directed to children.
